Founder

Justin Neal is a U.S. Army Special Operations veteran and lifelong outdoorsman from rural North Carolina. As CEO and co-founder of GOVRAX, he brings his leadership experience and passion for conservation to drive innovation and preserve natural spaces for future generations.

Taylor Cassat

Founder

Taylor Cassat is a Navy Special Operations veteran with over a decade of experience in intelligence and cybersecurity, including deployments with SEAL Teams to Africa and Afghanistan. Now based in Arkansas, he co-founded GOVRAX to protect the state's rich waterfowl heritage and promote sustainable land management.
